The local author, Peter Mortimer, will again be the speaker at Tynemouth Village Association’s AGM. This will be held at Holy Saviour’s Parish Centre (a room adjacent to the church, NE30 2LD), on Monday 20th April at 7pm.
Peter has been chosen as the speaker for a second time, as he proved so popular the last time he was invited. This year he will be talking mainly about the story behind the stage play, “Death at Dawn”. This is a true story based on the experience of a local North Shields man. Peter will also speak about his latest play, and bring copies of his latest book.
All are welcome, including non-members. We look forward to seeing you.
